Learn to Ride. Build Confidence. Have Fun.

Learning to ride a bike is a big moment. It means freedom, confidence, and independence.

Variety Texas iCan Shine Adaptive Bike Camp helps children and young adults with disabilities learn to ride a two-wheel bike — often in just 5 days.

What Is Adaptive Bike Camp?

At camp, riders get one-on-one help from trained staff and volunteers.

We use:

  • Special bikes and equipment

  • A step-by-step teaching method

  • A safe, indoor space

Each rider learns at their own pace.

By the end of the week, many riders can ride on their own.

Why Families Love This Camp

  • Builds confidence and independence

  • Helps riders try something new in a safe way

  • Creates a fun and supportive environment

  • Gives families a moment to celebrate success
